Notice: On October 17, 2008, the Workers' Compensation Division received notice that Leroy Caspersen, MD has retired effective immediately. Dr. Caspersen has been removed from the authorized independent medical examiner list. No complaints or discipline from the Workers' Compensation Division were involved in this action.
